This experimental documentary film explores the unique personality and intellectual brilliance of Canadian media theorist Marshall McLuhan, including his uncanny predictions regarding the effects of communication technologies on culture and society.

In Georgia, in the 1930’s, a group of men stood up against the russian supressor. They where called Thieves-in-Law, and became a highly respected Mafia. Aleksandre gave his best to become a member. Willing to steal, to murder, he climbs the ladder to the hierarchy. In Siberias working camps, he leads a violent regime. Back home in Georgia, Mr.Saakashvili stopped the mafia. Aleksandre is in jail. Ending his life, he says "my life is a shambles".
